Put strand of hair in bowl and chant 3x

 

"I call upon the beauty and nature
To change up my hair
By stretching it
By growing it
By strengthening it
Make my hair grow to my ()
After 3 days
My hair shall be luxurious and strong
That I wanted for long
So note it be."

 

 

Those three days brush your hair and on last day pour it anywhere.
