On a piece of paper draw a pentagram then smudge blood on the center of it. Now say while holding the paper: "I call to nocturnal for youth and healing,hear my pleas and make it so".

What is the benefit of 'draw a pentagram then smudge blood on the center'?

This is rather incomplete. As outlines, I doubt it works. ''Youth'' in the sense of not aging is not attainable with Real Magik. ''Healing'' as in healing powers, while you could learn energy healing, this is not how it works. If this is meant to cast a glamour to appear youthful, again, incomplete and not how glamour's work. If this is meant to heal a wound, why would you cut yourself?
