First, take a bath. Find a comfortable place in the bedroom. Place dominate hand over face. Close your eyes. Imagine the ocean or something relaxing with water in it. Chant three times:

'Goddess heal me, so mote it be!'

Move fingers over the irritation. Imagine it smooth, flat, and healthy. It should feel as though the problem is almost healthy and healed. Thank the Goddess. The problem should be gone within a few days or more.

Charging energy and visualizing healing can help, but I would also include mundane ways to help your skin like diet and face wash.

Should you do this spell only once or like once a week like I'm still new to this whole spell casting thing.

I would have a daily face wash routine, but for the spell, I would preform it once a week on a Friday. Friday is associated with beauty, so the energy would be best.

For the energy, could I add some moon water to the bath?
