This spell allows you to gain energy for your soul. This has been something that I have searching for and been testing.

Casting Instructions for 'Soul charge'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Nothing but peace and quiet or soft ambiance music. And Mint tea afterward.

First, make or sit in a circle or a comfy place like a bed. Close your eyes for a brief moment and say in wholehearted of belief to yourself or out loud, your choice. "I am worthy of loving myself. I am worthy of being loved,  I can do this when it gets tough. Whatever dangers it comes so mote it be, no one can take me down."  You can add more, but for me, this works to boost my energy to be happier can calm when things are tough. It's basically a short meditation and make tea that has mint to ensure of your energy has more boost if you're not allergic to mint.
