No spell can make you skinny forever. Diet spells help reduce cravings, increase your motivation, lose weight quicker and remove obstacles toward your goal. I would also consider casting some healing and self-love spells as you get to the root cause of your desire to be a certain size. If you are wanting to be thin to be loved, this is toxic which will not only will prevent the spell from working but prevent you from achieving your goal as well. This creates a perpetual diet cycle where you will simply be miserable for longer. Oh, and this ''spell'' will not work.
