Rehearse the spell, imagine you have a cat's ears and tail, when you lie in bed to dream, repeat the spell to the spirits of three: 

O Spirits Of Three, A wish flies upon Thy beams, I wish upon the realm of dreams, O dream my wish upon me back, I wish I was a small black cat.

Unfortunately no spell or magical ritual will change you into anything else but the human being you already are. At least not physically. Of course it is possible to take on different shapes in the Astral but that is an entirely different thing.

You cannot physically transform into a cat.
