Cast a circle of salt around you while saying: "Gladde and Jaypes at east and west their protection is the best. Larfor and Pranxtor at south and north their protection sullies forth in this circle I have called. I am safe from one and all".

This requires an edit as it is rather simplistic. However, circle casting can be as simple as a ring of salt, so it might work for some. Please, do not do this outside as salt could kill the grass. Use sand or ground eggshells instead.
