  • An item you can take with you into your exam (ie a pencil, a hair ribbon, etc..)
  • Intent
  • A cleansing agent (sage, palo santo, salt, etc..)

  • An item you can take with you into your exam (ie a pencil, a hair ribbon, etc..)
  • Intent
  • A cleansing agent (sage, palo santo, salt, etc..)

Start by cleansing the area (I use palo santo personally)

Hold your item of choice and imagine a grey light surrounding it.

Chant:

My final exams are near

I need to focus on my grade

I will focus and study here

Do not let my memory fade

So mote it be
