  • Salt (optional)

First peel the apple then remove the core, put the apple in a bowl and smash it to get juice out, it won't be a lot but it'll be enough. Put the juice in a small but big enough cup. Cut a lemon/lime and only use half of it and put it in, add a pinch of mint and a couple drops of pomegranate juice. Mix it together. Then chant while mixing

"On the power of Aphrodite I command beauty"

Say it as many times as you want to feel comfortable Then get a couple drops of rain water and while adding it in chant:

"et pulchritudinem, super me falli praecipio"

Is this real?

Any benefit this 'potion' has will be psychological. If you want to lose weight, burn more calories than you eat. I suggest you discuss strategies with your doctor and perhaps speak with a dietitian.

NordStar this is for the lazy people

Lazy or not the benefit will only be psychological and will not help them lose unwanted weight without putting the work in.

I'm sorry, lazy people? How about desperate people who want all the help they can get? Magick is meant to help us through tough times, and if someone is struggling with motivation and feels the only way to help is to use a spell, don't shame them! It's the opposite of lazy, if they were lazy they would find this spell and go ''that's too many steps'' and not even try.

I would probably use filtered water or spring water because rain water can be kind of gross, and if this is meant to be consumed, blessed clean water would work fine [unless this is an offering or to be placed in a bath in which case do what feels best to you]

For those of you thinking that this is just for psychological effect, let me break down the science for you:
Apples are high in good dietary fiber, low in calorie density, and can help with satiety, which can help with weight loss.
Pomegranates are high in antioxidants, polyphenols, conjugated linolenic acid, all of which boost fat loss and metabolism. They are also considered an appetite suppressant.
Lime/Lemon both contain high amounts of Vitamin C and citric acid, which, when combined with water, helps boost the immune system and helps the breakdown of fat during exercise.
Rain water, or just water in general, helps provide hydration which, in turn, helps boost the immune system and metabolism, clears bodily waste, and acts as an appetite suppressant.
And finally, salt, or sodium chloride, which can help replace electrolytes lost from sweating or urinating. Though if your goal is weight loss salt can increase weight by retaining water in the body and causing swelling. If you are to use salt, use a pinch or less.
All of this in conjunction with a healthy, low calorie diet and caloric deficit can indeed help you lose weight. It is not however, a substitute for proper diet and exercise.
With the science supporting it, I'd say this potion checks out.
