What did this do to me? The second I was finished chanting, I got a splitting headache...

Honest answer? You probably charged a bunch of energy but it had nowhere to go so it stayed in your body and essentially ''blew up'' in your face. Hence the headache. You need to ground. Eat a piece of bread, nuts, fruit [candy works] take a barefoot walk in the grass, try a tree grounding exercise [visualize/feel roots going from your feet down to the core of the earth and the energy leaving your body into the roots] This has happened to me a few times, it's just a grounding thing.

You cannot become Khaos, this will not work.

You cant really do that ima say this one is fake

I think, this is wrong ,This is not even have interconnection between sentences. deus means god , elohim also god or shining one , but khaos means chaos, means unorder, riot, destructed, so you chant this it will make you grazy. and also Please look At ''International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA)'' , this not even read like that.

Yes, you can, in different traditions there are instructions to becoming a deity, and it’s down to personal belief, but no matter what a spell won’t make you a god in anyway
