You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Rosehips, several
  • Forsythia flower
  • Tea mug
  • Knife for cutting
  • Preferred sweetener

  • Tea mug
  • Knife for cutting
  • Preferred sweetener

Cut your rosehips in halves and add them to a tea mug filled with some water. 

Heat this in the microwave for 3 to 3 and a half minutes. 

When ready carefully remove the mug from the microwave. 

Add to this your desired sweetener be it honey, sugar or creamer. 

I like to garnish my tea with forsythia flower.

Stir and enjoy your brew.
