Have you honestly tested tried this? And is meditation to open 3rd eye the first requirement before doing any spell?

You can't become immortal or a giant with a spell. Spell cannot change our genetics, physical form or do what cannot already be done without it. So I don't think third eye meditation will help with this particular spell.

You cannot become immortal. You cannot become a giant.
