If you want to be warmer:
Clear your mind and imagine yourself encased in glowing, red charcoal. You should eventually start to warm up.



If you want to be cooler:
Clear your mind and imagine yourself diving into frigid article waters. You should eventually start to cool down.

Charge energy, visualize a heat source, and this could work. This will not save you from hyperthermia, but if you are walking home in the cold and need a little extra warm, this could help.
