This does not work, do not attempt it. You can work to train yourself to hold your breath longer, but this will not work.

Have u tried it? I can hold my breathe under water for a max of 30 secs and that was by training myself

Did you even read my comment? I said you can train and increase your ability to hold your breath. This is not a spell and is dangerous. I do not need to try something to know it is dangerous, not a spell, or will not work. Also, humans cannot hold their breath for an hour. I believe the current record is around twenty minutes.
