  • water hole
  • symbol (necklace is better)
  • voice

make a hole. Fill it with water.
Put you symbol in it.

Then chant:
Mermaids! I want to be your kind. Swimming in the ocean blue. I shall have the power of (_____). My tail the color of (_____). make this me. so mote to be.

then put on your symbol.
Then next time you touch water you will be a mermaid.

You get your power 30 mins after the spell.

No side effects
