This is a simple way to levitate with using you brain.

First sit in a comfortable position where it is peaceful and quiet and you won't be disturbed

Now place one of hands on the table clear your mind and visualize wind and air flowing around you through out you get the feel of wind blowing around you your a part of the element air,

Next visualize the air flowing into your finger (Any one Index finger works best for beginners for some reason) your finger will feel numb and light and with practice the finger shall lift up without your mind telling it to

Keep up practicing also it's best to Meditate before performing for a clear mind but pretty soon you can lift your whole body but take it slow such as: fingers to Hands to Arms to feet to legs to the body Also like every spell you must keep practicing
