Stare At The Picture Until When You Blink You See It But Its Black But While Starring Concentrate On You With That Eye Color Then Look At The Water Then Say ''Within This Water Is The Power To Change My Eye Color To (Color You Want Your Eye) Goods And Goddesses Grant My Plea Change My Eye Color To What I Desire I Desire A Glowing (Color You Want Your eye) One Drop Of This Water And My Eyes Are The Color I Desire So Mote It Be!!!!

Then Put One Drop In Each Eye And Don't Look In The Mirror Until The Next Day And It Should Have Worked

Side Effects:
Eyes Burning
Eyes Itching

You can't change your eye color that is determined by your genetics. Magick can't change it because magick doesnt defy nature

You cannot change your eye colour with magik. You could try casting an illusion to make people perceive your eyes as green when they are blue, but your eyes will always be blue. Buy contacts.
