You will need the following items for this spell:

  • A small hand mirror
  • A stream, spring or lake (Spring Water will also do)

  • A stream, spring or lake (Spring Water will also do)

Take the small mirror and dip into crystal clear water of a lake, stream or spring while saying:

"Clear as crystal
Clear as air
Make my form be
Fine and fair"

Place the mirror in your home and every morning and evening gaze into it. Concentrate on your apperance improving and so it shall be.

Would this work by pouring water if you don't live near a lake?

you can substitute lake/river water with distilled water. many claim if you cannot use natural water [lake, river, rain] you should use distilled. personally, i've used tap water and filtered water and i've see no difference in my results [if the spell requires you to dispose of the items in running water, i would seek out running water]
