Casting Instructions for 'Body of Aphrodite'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • rosemary
  • lipstick
  • 1 gold candle
  • 1 yellow candle
  • 1 red candle
  • 1 pink candle
  • 1 purple candle

You will need the following items for this spell:

Take the rosemary and sprinkle it into your candles. Take the lipstick and color the rim around the gold candle with the lipstick. Then, take the lipstick and put it on your lips. After that use the lipstick and mark everywhere on your body where you want to lose weight (such as ass, thighs, stomach, arms). Place the gold candle in the center. Next to the gold on the left place a red candle, to the right of the gold candle place a purple candle. In front of the gold candle place a yellow kind of candle to represent burning fat. Then, place the pink candle behind the gold candle.
Chant:
''The beauty of Aphrodite and the body of Venus I call upon the goddess of love. Bless me with becoming more attractive, help me get into shape, lose weight, and become more beautiful please. I use this gold candle to represent the divine, the red candle to represent attraction, purple for healing, yellow to burn my fat and calories away, and pink for beauty. With this lipstick I have marked my body in the places I wish to lose weight. Help me become more fit and healthy oh Aphrodite and bless me with the grace of your beauty. Blessed be.''
You may then blow out your candles. It is done.

Unless you work with Aphrodite/Venus, I would not call on them. I would also edit the chant. Example, instead of that paragraph, say the first part, light the gold candle and say ''for the divine'' then the red candle and say ''for attraction'' and so on. This spell has the potential to set your intention and help you on your goal, but you will not wake up and look like your ideal self without any effort. Magik requires mundane effort.
