Casting Instructions for 'Self love ritual bath'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Sacred water
  • Six candles 3 white 3 pink
  • Paper and pen
  • Rose petals
  • 3 herbs of choice (optional)

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Sacred water
  • Six candles 3 white 3 pink
  • Paper and pen
  • Rose petals
  • 3 herbs of choice (optional)
  • Put in the plug, before you start the bath put in half the sacred water.
  • Fill the tub.
  • Light the candles and chant 3 times:

"Happiness I desire happiness I deserve my body’s great my mind is strong no one can stop me moving along." 

  • Sprinkle the herbs and rose petals in the tub.
  • Get in and on the paper write down 10 good quality’s you have.
  • When you're ready, get out and accept that you are beautiful and have a purpose 
  • Dry of and wash your face in the rest of the sacred water

I would write the list prior to the bath, then read the list and reflect on your points during the bath. Otherwise, this is a simple working self love spell.
