A way to absorb energies, otherwise known as energy regeneration.

Use meditation (found in rituals) to start off with.

Close your eyes and visualize you in the room. Imagine streaks of a light bouncing off all the walls. Light energy is a light white-beige color. Eventually make them absorb into your body. When all of them are gone and absorbed, imagine the color of the streaks around your body.

After all of this try, you should feel all of the new energies, from the streaks, in you. You should start to feel much better than before.
