1. Place the soup next to the candle.

2. Light the candle.

3. Say:

''Apollo, God of Healing
I call upon the assistance of thee
Bless this soup with the powers to heal
Apollo, God of Healing please assist me''

4. Blow out the candle.

5. Eat the soup yourself or have your patient eat it. Take slow sips.

6. Rest after the soup is eaten.
