Um, no. I'm afraid this spell is fake because a)There's no such thing as the believeworld (unless you count astral or mental worlds, where nearly anything is possible) b)If there was a believeworld, I doubt a spell would let us see into it so easily. I'm afraid the spell is fluff, if you have any reasons to believe otherwise, please say so

This is not real. This could be referring to the astral plane, but anime and cartoons do not exist there. This specific spell is fake.
