Wearing or holding the object say this chant while thinking of all the fun things and events you would attend together -
"A friend I want to come to me
A true friend I want so let it be"
Repeat until you are calm and happy. Make sure to wear the object when you are going out. Make sure to getto know people first before you judge them.
