So, recently i decided to open a circle to make my spells. I did this twice and felt a different sensation. It's normal?

A bit of a vague description.

But yes, probably

I don't think it is unusual to encounter different feelings or have differing impressions from one working to the next. After all, there are several factors being brought together each time you start a working. Naturally they are going to interact in differing ways. At times this can actually be useful as you get a measure of feedback to how your working is progressing and it can help inform when it might be the right time to progress to the next steps in the spell process. So it can be worthwhile to be conscious of those impressions and feelings. Maybe even journal the experiences (or note them in your book of shadows) so you can later read back and pick up on trends and patterns.

In my experience, yes it's normal. Have you looked into grounding and centering? When we raise energy during a ritual it can leave us feeling jittery and amped up after we've finished its purpose. There are articles about it here, highly suggest you look into it if you have not already as the concept can be very relevant for any sort of magical working, etc.
