Prove to me magic is real

I am a person who has never seen any sort of magic in their entire life. I found this website thinking it would be full of people who know magic. So now I come here wishing to know if it is real and if it is I would like to learn. I challenge anyone who sees this to prove to me that magic is real(or pm me proof.).

Disclaimer: I am not entering this in a biased mindset attempting to disprove magic, but rather I am simply curious on whether it is real or not and keep an open mind so long as there is proof.

1) Unintentionally used a psi ball to heat myself on an airplane before I knew what it was.

2) Got my brother into his preferred baseball level

3) My (HIndu) religious grandma has numerous personal testimonies but thye're also kind of personal

4) I've had meaningful dreams before

5) I might have manifested a relationship about a year ago (didn't work because I didn't know how to date)

I accidentally manifested a boyfriend for a friend after lying to a guy that was creeping her out by saying she had a boyfriend. The real boyfriend came a week later.

I did a spell to have more time with family and less time at work (my job really kept me away). Not long later I was scheduled more days off and have been since.

Did a candle spell once asking a spirit I know who was a musician to help boost my creativity in guitar. After that for awhile I almost couldn't stop playing and got ahead in learning music.

Have you ever had a wish come true? Have you ever thought of something then that something happens? That is magic.

I am a firm believer that you need to believe and witness it working through your own practices. Magic can work for others while some never get it right. Sometimes people get different results. There are hundreds of practices in the world that can define magic and practice it differently. Magic is also not a visible and "set in stone" force that you can see.

I can have results and deem it as magic while others might think it to be coincidence. It is not our place to prove it to be real. It is your place to prove to yourself.

Well now, that's just creepy. I was pondering writing about a similar thing earlier. Maybe that was magic! I guess I'll just combine them in this reply.

From what I understand, magic is one of those things that can't really be proven reliably. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It's not like science where you can duplicate something every time if you know how.

If you put a pan of water on a stove, it'll boil if it gets hot enough. This can be repeated and the result will always be the same as long as the conditions are the same or similar enough. You can do a magical ritual or cast a spell, and the results may or may not be the same every time even if the conditions are the same.

Why is this? For the boiling water example, we can thank physics for that. With magic it's not so clear. If your spell fails, most would probably say it's because there wasn't a clear path for the energy to follow,, the probability of what you want happening isn't high enough, you didn't raise enough energy for the spell, your mind wasn't focused enough, your space wasn't cleansed, or any number of reasons. The biggest reason of course is that what you want to happen has to be physically possible. No fireballs, levitation, physical transformation, etc. Magic obeys the laws of nature.

So if you're looking for absolute, objective proof that magic is real, I'm not sure you'll find it. On the other side of that, there's probably no way to absolutely disprove that magic is real either. It's like anything spiritual or religious, aside maybe for the benefits of meditation.

I come from both a highly Skeptical and Empirical Background. After having issues with my faith in Christianity, I became an Atheist, then a Gnostic. Intrigued by much of what was being said of Witchcraft, UI gravitated to it. It seems a more Practical form of Religion than so many others.

That said, because I was a Skeptic, i can tell you two things:

#1: No one will ever convince you Magick is real. This is a Process, a Self-Journey where you must uncover for yourself the Realities Magick has to offer you.

#2: Empirically Test Magick for yourself. Go through the Proper Foundational Practices and begin to Work with Magick. You will either find what you are looking for or move on to something more Stable for you.

Best of Luck on Your Journey! :)
