I assume this is an issue for you that you need to stop as soon as possible. There are anti gossip spells to help slow or banish this type of energy.

https://www.spellsofmagic.com/spells/fantasy_spells/fire_spe...

You can anoint a yellow candle with a stop rumors oil after carving associated symbols for protection and the identification of whom you are protecting. On another yellow candle use anti rumor symbols like a pair of lips with an X over them. I actually put dots with a line like I am sewing those lips shut. If I have specific people who I know are spreading rumors I name the lips before sewing them shut with the X I carve. Once anointed I chant to raise the energy, sometimes this is a particular saying or it can just be a Om. Light the two candles and let them burn, once the candle with the lips and X's has burned down low enough or past all the Xed out lips snuff out the candle and do not relight. Let the other candle burn out naturally. If you ever need to put out candles for safety reasons during this or another other magical practice do so but I caution on ever relighting the anti rumor candle with the lips and X's.

One method that I have used that works is to make a joke of it. If they call you a Witch, simply laugh as if it's the biggest joke and ask them if they've been watching too many episodes of Charmed if they think Witches are real. Making it into a joke where the joke is on them often makes people drop the subject.

To give the best advice, it would help to have some context. I have a couple of questions that will help us help you, if you are able to answer them.

First, is this something that puts you into physical danger? Many places have the luxury of safety, with the worst outcome being some social ostracisation. But there are some places in the world where the situation is.... not so friendly. Knowing your situation, and how serious it may be is important.

Second, what is your general age group? Not specific age... just 'school' or 'college' or 'working/adult'. Again this can inform what kind of environment we are dealing with. Sometimes it presents a solution of patience. Other times of affirmation and confidence. Or just humble quiet and private learning.

Third, how serious are the accusations. Schoolyard teasing or aggressive/threatening?

Fourth, and this might seem silly, but it makes a difference; do you practice magic? And/or follow a specific magical path? Are you initiated into a faith/circle? Or is it a more casual/ecclectic affair? ...If at all?

Merry Meet,

Personally, I owned the title, but I also had my siblings and a few friends when I got older. Ignore it is maybe the easiest one. Tell people you are not and ignore the gossip. Report it if you must, but double down on the "not a witch" storyline. If you have some support, especially your family, you could report religious discrimination to the school, although it also depends where you are as some might not accept "Pagan" as a religion. Third option is spells. Stop gossip or invisibility spells could help things die down. You could escalate it with a sigil or hex that will only stop when the person causing the rumor's stops spreading them. Bindings could bind them from doing harm. Banishing might help if you want them to leave you alone. You could also play mind games, if they are scared of witches, you could tell them you cursed them, though you did not, and the person will scare themselves into attracting negative energy. There is also the line "have the day you deserve" which could be a blessing or curse depending on the person.

Blessed Be.

wait a minute , please think a while

if now rumor spread , im sure they might be watching you everytime, what is your inside house person watching you too , then if you all say about making bigger altar ,symbols ,text that the person inside house will be able to see ,then the neighbour ask inside house person (exp: hyper-spying neighbour ,even a little detail he ask to the little children secretly when he lured to play with his child too ,or just pretend speaking about someting to your little brother or your nanny or your butler, etc then he ask the witches sign in your house) i mean they accusse you witch and now you make more bigger altar ,magic works to be seen ,the they will accuse you more its like cycle that generated more bigger

and also tell them "i cursed you" even though not doing , do you have any idea "what if" somebody gonna Video using phone camera , it would be "authenthicproof" for them that you are witch and you curse them ,sorry but this time i really disagree with tadashi last point, just dont do that ,in more severe case "what if" they call their priest to your house , if your mother doesnt allow the priest ,then the whole neighbour will be more accusing , this is dangerous since witchesare minority ,then all black magic case nearby your house will be accused to you ,this is very bad

dont let other people control you though , what i mean is how you can "stealthly" using magic ,so if you have enemy , the enemy doesnt know who's doing magic , make it stealth and invicible like "ninja in shadows" , we dont need pride to show isn't it?

there is a magic of repeling or become unnoticed by everyone , but the leak of mind using this for long time if you lack of control is everybody will be hard to notice you (somehow their neck is like moving rock hard to move face to you,or think about you ),its like there is no fame ,and also they will go away when you wanna talk to them ,so in this type of magic its important to focus to the target only , not everyone ,also if you have shop and you give them service directly this type of magic is not for you, then stop the rumor spell will be more better

Merry Meet,

You sound incredibly paranoid, Architecture. I was giving Magic3 a list of options they could use. Not things they should use. This is where awareness and personal wisdom comes into play. I live in Canada and while I grew up in the country, it was not in a religious area similar to the bible belt in the states. My parents did not hide the fact they were Wiccan. People in the community knew. My parents have other Wiccan friends who also have kids, and I went to school with my siblings and a couple of the kids who were also raised by Wiccan/Pagan parents. When I entered high school, more people gained an interest in witchcraft, and they came to me for advice. If I was being bullied, and I told someone if they did not stop I would curse them, they either left me alone, or came back a week later after some misfortune, asking me to lift a curse I never cast. That is why I gave this option. However, I also encouraged ignoring and doubling down on not being a witch. I have friends who went to different schools who had worse times when they were discovered to be a witch. Hence determining what is best for your situation.

Hidden cameras, neighbours peering into your windows, people watching you all hours is insanity. It is paranoid and does not happen. If it does, you report it to the police. People cannot film you without your permission, so you report it to your teacher. Teacher does nothing? To the principal. Principal refuses to act? School board. School board still does nothing? Police. You keep reporting it until something is done. Once it reaches the police, everyone who did nothing will be held responsible for failing to act. Neighbours peering into your windows is also a crime. Again, report it. My house was in this old subdivision with a large front and back yard. We had tons of trees and most of our front lawn was a flower/herb garden. We decorated for all the Sabbats. We had gatherings in the back yard for Esbats and Sabbats. We held our celebrations outside in good weather. Nobody ever said or did anything because we were witches. We got some odd looks at grocery stores from strangers, and devout Christians in the community would avoid us, but that was it. It depends on where Magic3 lives, but from personal experience, you will be fine living as a witch. If anyone does anything, report it to the authorities.

Yes, it is wise to keep parts of your craft private. It is wise to work spells on others in secret. But if you want to be out of the broom closet, you can be. If you wish to be inside the broom closet, that is fine too. Take time to weigh your options, decide what is best for you, and do that. You wish to be hidden? Ignore the rumours, cast a stop gossip spell, and anyone who asks you if you are a witch, tell them no. If they persist, tell them you will report them to a teacher/principal/administration for harassment and bullying. If you choose to embrace the title of witch, wonderful, but you need to get comfortable with some level of hatred sent your way. Again, tell them to leave you alone or you will report them for harassment and bullying as well as religious discrimination and move on. In this situation, all you can do is focus on yourself and your reaction to these rumours. You do not need to roll over and let them stomp on you, but people gossip, and gossip dies down once they find a new victim.

Blessed Be.
