Weird Alarm Clock

Good morning all, hope everyone is doing well and are safe.

So I have a question to ask and you guys are the only ones I can turn too that I know will understand.

So I have this alarm clock to wake me up every morning at 6:00am (which is an hour after my alarm on my cell phone goes off at 5am). My radio alarm clock does have two settings for two different alarm times but I only use the one. The other is completely turned off always.

But here's the thing, every weekend, and I'm sure during the week but must just turn it off in my sleep, it has happened while I've been unable to sleep this is why I say that, but my alarm goes off at 12am every night faithfully. And I know it's set for 6am and the other one is off, I always check when I turn it off when it goes off at 12am. I just can't seem to figure out why this is happening.

Just so we are all on the same page. My actual alarm clock is set 20mins fast, so I do over sleep. But as soon as it says 12:00, it goes off.

I'm not sure if this is something that I should be worried about or if it's a sign for something. It has been happening for a few months now. Just out of the blue.

If you anyone has any suggestions or clue maybe, please share. I'm just about ready to throw the damn thing out.

thanks everyone.

P.S. We have issues in the past with maybe demons or angry spirits in my home. My ex is a very bad person and they would only come to harm him. They never bother me or my kids anymore. Once there was this one bad female one that would scare and torment my kids. But we got rid of that one. But lately, it's just my ex they want. They seem to protect me and kids now. Obviously different spirits. But they don't seem to be doing this. Maybe I'm being a little biased, because they are after him. Long crazy story with that one. But we have been told they want him not us. He's even seen ghost dogs come after him in the house. We smell them but never see them.
Just letting you know this so you have the whole story. Just want to know what the 12am alarm means.

I have struggled in the past with similar things regards to setting my alarm.

I believe my grandmother's old alarm clock would do the same.

I would set it for work and it would go off at midnight. I noticed as well it would go off at noon. I checked the alarm, constantly. At the time I had my father check it as well. It was confirmed it was set for 6 an hour before I had to leave for work. It continued to go off at 12.

I am almost certain it is the clock.

Things over time will break down. If it isn't broken. It may be in the settings somewhere. Do you still have the manual or any online access to a manual for it?

I'd suggest replacing it and seeing if that helps, before considering spiritual or other possibilities.

That way you have a solid answer as to whether it is the particular alarm clock. If this continues to happen with a new or entirely different device, then you can take it from there.

Best to be certain.

Blessings.

Some digital clocks also have a battery slot, used to keep power stable through electrical bumps or outages. If that battery is on the blink, it means that some stuff could keep getting reset every time there is a hiccup in the power flow. Considering the regularity of the issue this is less likely the case for you, but it might be worth changing that battery if your clock has one, on the off chance.

Thanks for the info. But no battery. Maybe it is just old. Gonna change to see if it happens again.
