Vibration

Hi! I was wondering what this feeling like I'm vibrating 360 Degrees (instead of side to side) might have to do with my vivid dreams and if it has to do with astral projection.

Also: I have to do this in a room with my parents and borther (there are two phones and a clock plus some other devices in the room). I can arrange to AP at times when there are no devices on; will it be bad to AP in that room?

For me vibration is fairly normal during the start of astral projection. If it makes you comfortable then yes, you can astral project in that room.

Actually it happens whenever I close my eyes and lie still and focus. I was wondering if that was an indication about AP or if it was unrelatd. It is very soothing and conforting.
