You can use a standard notebook, buy one special for your book of shadows, learn how to make a bound book yourself or create a word document for all your information.

There are many options now, depending on your requirements.

If you mean content wise, a book of shadows is very personal. Include whatever information is most useful and important to you at the time.

My BoS is currently an electronic one that is stored in Google docs.

I add topics and subjects as I learn, and I can shuffle the order around to sort them if needed.

Once I am happy with what I have, I will print the pages out.

An option may do is to use a binder to store your pages in - this allows you to rearrange them in to what ever order you like, and add things easily to your BoS.
