If the root cause of the problem is stress there are many things to do . One significant way is guided meditations. When your meditation is guided by the background music of a specific frequency related to the requirement , then it is a guided meditation. Such music is mostly found as binaural beats on YouTube and similar apps .

For your problem ie. stress , you can go to an undisturbed and quiet place , play some music of 396 Hz , 174 Hz or 852 Hz , listen to the music and meditate. The above mentioned frequencies are for de- stressing , anxiety and pain relief. Guided meditations can be used for other purposes also . Just have to use a corresponding frequency.

Other de- stress methods are dancing and exercising with funny positions , making funny faces in front of the mirror, laughing , screaming loudly , etc.
