Breaking a seal/binding

I need help to remove a seal binding hex curse not sure who put it there but I do have some ideas. However it needs to be removed and I’m not sure how. So far I’ve have no results at removing it so now I’m asking for help.
I believe the spell was done by my old coven but can’t be sure as it was a long time ago. Anyways the spell has had affected my kids and it’s not fare on them. My children have abilities and they are unable to control them due to the spell placed on me. I need to remove the spell or find a way to help my family.
I’m trying to save lives but the more I try to help my children control their abilities the worse things get.my son has hurt people and it’s upsetting him greatly. I need help with this problem and soon, the more upset my kids get the more others suffer.

Can anyone suggest a spell or something please ?.
