Hello!

What people practice is highly variable and highly personal, so there's no "single way" or "right way" to go about learning. The best place to start would be some of the beginner articles on this website, or by looking into other resources on the internet. These will help introduce you to some of the very basic things that most people incorporate in some way into their practice (raising energy, grounding, etc).

After that, you'll really have to think about what you want from your practice and where you want to go. Some things you want to consider would include whether you want to be involved with a pantheon/gods/goddesses, how formal you want to be, how much emphasis you want to have on spellwork, etc. You don't have to believe in a god or goddess to do magick, but if that is important to you, then it's something you need to consider. The reason why you'll hear a lot of people say that we can't step up and teach to the book is that we all have different thoughts and values on these things, and you have the freedom to determine your own thoughts and values. In this way it's both a blessing and a curse (there's not a set structure but you have more freedom than some paths). Now's a good time to start a book of shadows/journal where you can start to write down your thoughts, research findings that are important to you, etc.

no one's gonna spoon feed anyone here. As above, there's no good way to do that anyway. We can't give you an exact path but if you have questions or concerns on your journey we are here to help you out!
