Depleted energy

Hey guys!

I work A LOT (medical resident, 60-80 hr weeks) and try to work in as much spiritual practice as I can. However, there are times (including now) where I feel my energy overall is too depleted to do anything. I have problems with depression that I do work with my Dr to manage so that helps, but I find it really hard to do any energy work when I have.. no energy.

what do you guys do when you feel super depleted?

Thanks!! :)

Meditation can do wonders. Also, if you're at all inclined to concepts of tai chi, qigong, etc., the practice of zhan zhuang might be of interest to you. It is a simple practice, somewhat like a standing meditation, and its entire purpose is energy work. It can be done basically any time you've got a few moments or find yourself standing somewhere for a while, such as at a bus stop or if you're standing by observing a procedure.

Mostly meditations and/or prayers.
