Cutting ties.

What kind of ingredients would I need for a cutting ties spell? I’m trying to move on from my past.

You can always use red or black thread. I dont cast spells, but I have read that these can help.

If I was going to create a spell for cutting ties, I would incorporate whatever I felt best represented that which I was intent on leaving behind me. I would include things like photos, notes, clothing, mementos (of events, etc.) I would use a gesture like tossing the items over my shoulder and into a trash can. I would then walk away from it and leave it in the past, so to speak.

Well here is one suggestion. There is a 2nd new moon at the end of the month that will be perfect for casting this. I would ask this first. What ended the bind? Was it a lover or someone close another way? And when you think of this person and envision them, what is the first most prominent feeling you have?
