I wouldn't say there is a spell for this that I know of, but you could try finding a herbal hair rinse/massage, they can help re-invigorate the scalp and improve hair strength and growth.

A few drops ofpeppermint and rosemary essential oil mixed into some castor oil and rubbed into her scalp 3 times a week will help her hair.

There isn't no spells to magically grow hair,

But there are home remedies to improve hair strength and growth

One thing to consider is that when her health improves, and her hair starts growing more thickly, the new follicles will take time to grow and make a visible difference in the appearance and texture of her hair. So don't expect immediate results. I know someone who had a tough medical condition and her hair started falling out. Since recovering, it has taken about two years and her hair is finally starting to look full and healthy again.
