Your request is vague. Which demons or evil spirits? Why do you wish to burn them?

I hope you don't mean physically burn a demon out of someone/something. Depending on the being you can start with sage smudge and work your way up to more intense means. There's an easy but effective one by blacking out a mirror [marker or paint works] and leave it high in the northern corner of each room, after a day scratch and 'X' in the black and that will seal any negative energy it absorbed.

You can also try a longer more intensive process where you cleanse and protect each person, room, object, and the property individually, though the energy required I would get more people involved or try and tackle it in chunks from the full moon to new moon.
