I am currently studying rune magic and I have a blade I want to turn into my artravus, how do I do this?

If you are talking about dedicating your knife for your rune carving, then most tool consecration spells will be able to work for that. Just do not forget to add in your personal voice vibration to the tool so when you create your runes and vibrate them, there is continuity.
