Well, there's a lot of ways you could go about this.

When I want to program myself to enhance a trait I know I am not always strong in, I like to come up with an affirmation that inspires me. An affirmation is a repeated phrase, in the present tense, that is meant to convince you of it's validity/truth. For example, if I wanted to be more focused on my meditation and clear my mind, I might say: "My mind is clear, I look within."

Typically I prefer my affirmations short so that I may repeat them over and over as if they were a chant. I find that repetition really reinforces the idea into the mind and subconcsious. It's very similar to spell work but more on an internal scale (instead of projecting intention outward into the universe to inspire change, you project it inward into the self, because all change comes from within).

For you, I would use an affirmation like, "I am confident, I am communicative, I am fearless" and repeat that over and over. Whatever words inspire you!

Another option is to connect with higher power and pray to them for the tools to become more confident (especially with social interaction and public speech),either through meditation, ritual, spellwork, or just having a conversation. Deity is listening, always.

In the broader sense of your inquiry:

Writing spells is very interpersonal. Every practitioner has their own flavor and style of practice, and as such everyone has a different way of writing spells. In general the basic concepts you need are the following: 1) When to do the spell , this could be a moon phase, time of day, or even a planetary cycle. It can also be non-specific and can be performed anytime. 2) Where to do the spell : whether it's at home, in a circle, out in nature in a forest or by a body of water, or anywhere you are in that moment. 3) What materials to perform the spell with : Candles, ritual objects such as athame's, altars, wands, crystals, incense, etc. And whether you need to perform it alone or with another person. 4) The spellwork/ritual itself - ie the invocationor deity or whatever your method is for your intention. This pertains to the words said and how it is performed as well.

A lot of people on this site tell other's to study constantly, and the reason for that through experience and practice, intuitive and powerful craftwork can be achieved. After practicing for a long time myself, spellworkand ritualcraft is basically second nature. Should I need to create spells on the fly, I have no issue with that because of my extensive knowledge of so many things pertaining to Magick (Symbology, moon phases, astrology, herbalism - magickal and medicinal, shamanism, animism, knowledge of the self and self-awareness, knowledge and experience with my own energetic fields). I admit this post took some time to formulate because it is so second nature and here I am having to break it down a bit. I am not used ot having to share my knowledge (lol).

So I am going to tell you to do the same. Practice, practice, practice! And over time you will begin to understand so much more about yourself, higher power and how higher powercan work with and for you, and the essence of spellcraft and ritual work.

I hope this helped!
