Spell guidance

Hi, I started practicing spells over 10 years ago but haven’t been consistent, I’ve learnt a few things along the way but have study still to do. But right now I am seeking some help with my teenage sons, it’s a long story but the 18 yr old is on the other side of the world and unable to join my family for sometime (if there is a spell to sort this issues would be great but I doubt it :(). Are the spells I can do from here to help protect him? I would also like a spell to help my 17 yr old who has a very negative mind set, low self esteem and lack of motivation to do anything. Currently he has no friends and any attempt to get him out to met people is rejected by him. Any suggestions will be greatly received, thank you in advance. Love and light

A suggestion for your 17 year old would be to visit a psychologist. Sometimes mundane approaches do better than magical ones. A psychologist could teach him some techniques to better his self esteem, have a more brighter mind set and even make some friends, including getting to the root of the problem. If the teen refuses, try and speak to him, find out where the problem lies.

Remember that not all problems can be fixed by magick, and a simple mundane approach could work.

You can do some protection spells for your son, even with him being away. That's the thing, it's not really necessary for him to be in the same room as you are just to cast a spell on him.

Thank you. Unfortunately up until now everything I’ve tried has been hit with resistance, and talking to him has proved difficult all responses come with a negative answer, and a lack of willingness to try anything. Many thanks anyway

Grace, you're not by chance trying to make your introverted son into an extrovert, are you? Attempts to change a fundamental part of someone's personality are never a good idea.

Your 17 year old could have friends online that hes happy with, and might be confused or frustrated being told to socialize if he feels he already does. Some sunshine and fresh air are great though! He is a teenager and many go through a time like this, hormones don't treat the body well.

Being a mom is a tough job. All that love and admiration and worry. My hat is off to you and every other mom in the world. I’m glad I was blessed to be just a dad with three teenage sons. I experienced the same things. Here is what I did. Maybe something will be helpful to you. First, take care of yourself. Banish your stress. The boys are only months away from being full grown adults. Your task of raising children is almost over. For the manipulating behavior of negativity, Try a little reversal magick. Maybe the cable, internet and cell phone bills could magically disappear. My refrigerator was looking like the apocalypse the last few weeks too. My kids were tough but as parents we have to be tougher. I gave my kids a childhood of comfort and entertainment. For them to prosper, I had to take all of that away and make them get out in the world and learn to function as adults.
