Neighbor cruel to dogs.

Neighbor is raising fighting dogs and has used ‘bait’ dogs as part of this obscene practice. Calls to police, spca , talking to them has little effect. They are a dangerous group . The house is also known as a drug selling house. Is there a spell I can do to get them to stop this ? I do not wish to harm the perpetrators - but want these cruel torturng of innocent dogs to stop. Any suggestions?

You need to keep calling about them!! And maybe a spell for justice to help aid in the police taking action and the dogs getting rescued. Also, those people need karma so not saying g to harm them but they also need justice for what they are doing.
If no one will listen to you take it to the newspaper or the local news to get attention. Keep trying!!

Try SPCA or an animal rights group again. I would still keep calling the Police. Animal cruelty is not okay. I would be likely to do a spell to turn the dogs on the perps. But that would only end up getting the animals destroyed. A difficult situation indeed. Maybe a spell for compassion or something to make them feel the animals pain.

First and foremost, get it on recording. The best evidence is visual and impartial. No one can deny a video. Just be sure you are safe about it. Don't confront them directly, don't advertise that you are recording the activities, and if you can, don't let them see you recording either. Get several videos across several days so you can establish with police it is a pattern of behavior and not some one-off event. Then go to them with the recordings in hand. And when you record be sure that the recording includes the date and time stamp.

Have you considered contacting you District Attorney with evidence in hand?

If your local authorities are not responding, there may be a reason to escalate the reports.

Also be aware that if your neighbor is already under investigation, or your reports have resulted in an investigation (such as seeking other connections with whom your neighbor is fighting dogs), you may not have any sort of a response.

i actually have a very simple spell to help with this!

materials:
-large black tourmaline (protection, block negative energies)
-large amethyst (peace, healing)
-ash branch (protection)
-blackberry brambles (protection)

1) wrap the brambles around the ash branch, taking care to avoid the thorns. leave yourself a "handle" area, free of brambles.
2) gather your branch and stones, and concentrate on the dogs, and their wellbeing. imagine them safe, happy, and cared for.
3) branch and stones still in hand, calmly approach your neighbor at their residence.
4) chuck the stones at their head and beat the snot outta those disgusting blights on humanity

(this is a joke please do not do this you'll probably get arrested (although from what you've said it sounds like the police in your area couldn't care less about anything))


in all seriousness though i would recommend some kind of binding/reversing spell. i'd say reversing would be better, because then they just get what they dole out, but if you're a more forgiving person than me and you don't wanna hurt those monsters (which is totally valid despite the language i'm using), i'd say go with a very strong binding spell. like, really really strong. and maybe take your sweet time removing the spell after the dogs are (hopefully) removed to better homes.

i would keep calling, and collect any evidence you can [without putting yourself in danger] to help in the investigation.

for the dogs you could try a protection spell asking Hecate for protection. you might also look into a truth spell or a justice spell to have the truth come out and justice be served. sadly, in a situation like this the best you can do is the legal route.

I agree with Jka. You cannot wait for the authorities to do something. They have already shown you that they choose to do nothing. You must act on behalf of those animals. Also, I agree that you should go to the paper. I have worked for government agencies before and they will just screw around all day long, but nothing gets them moving like the threat of being exposed.
