Creating religion tips

You'll need others who follow the same religion.

How you publish your information is up to you, whether you exclusively use a web site, books, or what, to disseminate your philosophy. Be sure it's consistent.

Be aware of the differences between a cult and a new religious movement. Be the latter, not the former.

To clarify the other followers, there are some important reasons:

Firstly, it helps lend legitimacy to your beliefs as a religion.

Secondly, it helps spread the idea to yet others.

Otherwise, it may be a religion to you, but if you are the only adherent, many would simply consider it nothing more than a personal philosophy.
