When you use your voice in Magick, how do you bring out your energy through it to bring out the outcome of a spell?
I keep stumbling over my words and keep messing up and rereading my words and redoing it.

You don't have to speak a spell or ritual out loud if you are having trouble with stumbling over the words. It is perfectly possible to say the words in your mind without speaking if that would be easier for you. Have you tried simply thinking the words that you want to say? Does that work better for you? If not, give that a try and see what happens.
It Sounds better in my mind.. but, when i try to speak my words.. my mind and mouth, just wants to go over the words and mess it up, with other words for it. Like i would say the words and a new word for my spells, would form in my mind.

i rarely speak out loud tbh. if i'm leading a group ritual i will, but if it's a spell or a solitary thing, i either say it in my head or whisper it [but even then i've repeated it a bunch in my head and just feel i have so much energy i should say it out loud] do what works for you. you are part of the divine, they can connect with you and listen to what you say even if it's not out loud. same with spells, do what you feel best focuses the energy.
Practice makes perfect. I usually read my spells and rituals out loud, I write them out on a card, so I can save them in my Book of Shadows later. Then before I do my ritual, I read them out loud a couple of times so there will be no stumbling at the correct time. It is sometimes important to be able to emphasize certain words. Or to have a certain rhythm to the spell. There is power to the voice, try to use it from the diaphragm, so that it resonates. Breath is life itself.
