Has anybody ever put a love spell on somebody and it really worked? I mean undisputedly? As in this person had NO interest in you at all, and then suddenly they were crazy about you, and you were just about SURE it was the spell?
Did you cast it yourself or hire somebody? Did you need personal items from this person? I'm not looking for an ethics lesson, I am just really curious about the possibilities.
Magick doesn't really work that way, it is an aid, not a fix all.
You can put a love spell on someone you don't talk to or see at all, but it will be very unlikely to do anything.
However many people utilise love spells on people that they are actively communicating with and actively getting to know as a way of boosting the likelihood of the other person seeing you in a different way.
No one can know 100% whether it was the love spell that helped their relationship develop into something more, if it was the communication and putting themselves out there, or a mix of the two and that is the way most magickal practices go.
It isn't instant, it isn't physical and it isn't the fix in every situation, without mundane effort you won't see many results.
You have to use sense when using spells like that, for example: Say you wanted to marry a famous celebrity that doesn't even know you exist, spells don't work like that. You would at least have to have some type of contact with them. And those kinds of spells are harder to do because you are forcing someones free will to love you, before you cast any spell like this I would suggest at least introduce yourself to that person, and if you like them just because they are "cute" then you might wanna think twice about doing this spell, they may not be your type.
Many people have used love spells in the past. Teenagers? Whether it worked I don't know. And even if they succeeded in their desired outcome, there is absolutely no way they can be sure it was caused by the love spell.
spells [like prayers] have a level of faith to them, you believe it will work and you're more open to the signs. spells are utilizing the magickal energy around and inside us [and herbs and crystals and fish and bees and candles and grass and...] and effecting it in a way to bring a desired change. in the case of a love spell you are sending out 'love me' energy onto your crush [or just a general 'bring a compatible person to me' depending on the spell in question but i'll assume it's a specific person as it is 99% of the time the case] the spell would effect the energy surrounding him to become similar to the energy surrounding you, causing him [or her] to notice you more, this will then cause them to think about you more, look upon you favorably and possibly ask you out [if they already have feelings for you, or talk to you regularly it will make the spell more likely to succeed as you need to work to achieve any spell you cast] how long the spell works also depends on a variety of factors. [are you so nervous around this person you avoid them, do you have little in common, do you spend too much or too little time with them thus making them feel trapped/unloved depending]
that all said, i have cast a few love spells, but not for me. one time a friend asked for a luck/love/protection spell [or basically a 'make my life perfect' spell] so i took their bracelet, passed it through some cinnamon incense [a all rounder in my book] and just charged it with energy while thinking of general good fortune. two days later i got a text from the person praising the spell because they just found 20$ on the sidewalk, and if they didn't stop to pick it up, they would of been hit by a truck that was coming around the corner and would of hit him, and then a girl commented on how lucky he was and they got to talking, and he was taking her out to the movies that evening. another time i cast a friendship spell for my mom, it said it took two weeks to take effect, and sure enough two weeks later a mutual friend called and invited her out to a concert which became a monthly event for them.
now, spells aren't that obvious all the time, those two just stick out really well. i've had spells take months [money spells usually mean i'm working stupid long hours and getting checks in the mail i was waiting on over a big lottery win] so if i were you i would observe a situation before you cast a spell, then anything for one month after the spell. [you get an urge to take a side street you never take, your crush says hi, you see them staring at you, you notice another person in your class talks to you a lot more] the phrase 'be careful what you wish for' is very true as what you think you want rarely comes the way you envisioned.
