White versus black. Good versus evil. Light versus dark. The very concepts of dark and light are both contrasting, but with similarities between the two on the same note. Misconceptions shroud both sides, and to find the truth in either good or bad dark or light, white or black, I firmly believe you need to experience it first, and then you can decide if the darkness holds some light, or if the light hides some darkness.
People on this site will bitch and moan about how magic has no colour, it's only intent, bla bla bla. I've heard it a hundred times from the people who insist on dictating the beliefs shared amd spoken of in public chat and forums. Black and white are symbols of intent to me personally, but to another it could mean any number of other things, and that is why I made this a debate.
The concepts of good and evil magic are twisted and misunderstood by those who practice or belief in the opposite force. Those who use dark magic might cackle and laugh at the fact that there are Wiccans who believe in three fold, harm none, and all that shit, and then there are those who practice white magic who probably thinks that dark practitioners are always summoning satan, using blood magic, sacrificing virgins, etc etc lmao.
So I invite you, the reader and coven member to share your perspective and opinion on this subject if you should find it worthwhile to. I look forward to reading your folks' responses and I'll get around to writing my own response.

Well for me, i actually laugh ( sorry but it's true ), at the fact that some people think that dark magick is sacrificing virgins or something lmao. For me, dark magick, is when magick is use to destroy people's lifes for mear fun, revenge, pleasure etc.
I think white magick on the other hand, is to help peoples lifes, to give that little " push " on a person. To make their lifes more happy, more better. To me, magick is neither light or dark, it's neutral. It'll only be dark or light depending on the spell caster.
And i actually think it's kind of ridicullous when people think that dark magick is only summoning the devil, sacrificing animals etc etc.
This is only my opinion ofc, not everyone will agree.
I take on a bit of an old school approach to dark and light (and by extension Black and White Magick). To me, the Darkness is the mysterious forces that lie within the Shadow aspect of Divinity, the things that the light deems unacceptible because they do not need Empyrean endorsement/patronage in order to host the domains under it (so in other words, the dark side, or Qliphothic side, simply is the knowledge of what is capable without the reservations of whether or not they should be applied). The Qliphothic forces of Darkness can be destructive or creative, but ultimately involve the mixture of sometimes contraversial practices such as Love Magick, Death Magick, Necromancy, Cursing, Possession, Transpossession, and many more. These are practiced, exalted, and taught by the Royals (among which are the Goetic Royals though they are not the only ones) under the command of the Qliphothic Rulers (with Ahriman or what is often Satan at the top of the ladder).
The Light is the revelated forces that lie within the Creative Aspects of Divinity connected to the Tree of Life or the Sephiroth, they are the forces that are condoned and put into practice by the Empyrean Hosts under the direction of Adonai. These forces are creative in nature and are practiced by the Angels themselves (except in their most purified and specialized forms).
By extension, White Magick is the application of forces condoned by the Empyrean that do not violate Empyrean Law such as allowing free will, protection, prosperity (without taking it from someone else), fertility, etc.
