Should I be scared of Wicca/Witchcraft? It sounds strange to be scared of such a loving religion but some aspects do terrify me. The aspect of harming people through spellcraft.. Has given me multiple anxiety attacks in the past. Typing this out to myself feels odd but I'm trying to find peace within myself.
If anyone can give me any answers - I would most gratefully accept them.

I'm not Wiccan, but I do practice witchcraft.
No, you should not be afraid. If the idea of harming others through spell work causes you anxiety, just don't do it. Wicca is a religion, witchcraft is a practice. The two are not synonymous. One can be Wiccan and never cast a spell. So if the main issue is the use of spells, understand you don't have to use them. Also in
Wicca or witchcraft there is a strong belief in personal responsibility and action, so if you don't want to hurt anyone, don't. It really is that simple.

Wicca is not something to be scared of. Wicca is simply a religion and it is a religion that encourages us to live in harmony with nature and to respect and honor the beliefs and practices of others. Although Wiccans believe that spells work and may occasionally cast a spell that is not the core of Wicca. Our primary focus is on doing honor to the Divine both in ritual and in our daily lives.
I would personally not suggest fearing something as simple as a practice. Fearing something that is not or will not directly cause you harm is somewhat self defeating. I am not saying that the occult does not have its dangers. You should always use common sense and learn about things a bit before jumping to try them. However fearing learning about something is a bit inane and if you are having anxiety attacks due to it I would suggest seeking the help of a psychological professional

There are many forms of Paganism and witchcraft, just because one group does something does not mean all groups do. Wicca is a very loving, peaceful, "harm none" religion. Wiccans do not cast spells or do things to harm others. There are many Wiccans who are vegetarian or even vegan to adhear to the Wiccan Rede of no harm. The most dangerous spell a Wiccan has been known to cast is a love spell over someone who isn't aware such a spell has been cast. Even that is a small percentage.
There are some types of witchcraft where blood and animal parts are used, but not in Wicca. Each path is different, so if you don't want to use blood, cast certain spells, or use certain items you don't have to. Do some soul searching, meditation, and read a few articles or books by reputable Pagan authors to gain further information and draw your own conclusions.
Thank you for the information and advice in the last 3 posts, I really do appreciate them. There was a time where I thought I would suffer alone but to find out there is nothing to fear - I really do feel happy again.
Truthfully, I beleive to be afraid of something un-known is extremely common! Take for instance people afraid of dark muddy water. You dont know whats under the surface because you can not see it! Could be a venomous snake waiting or just a pond full of perch! Go with your gut instinct if it makes you feel better, I prefer to jump in and find out! But that's me a different person! I found to be a fact that without good, evil dose'nt exsist! I hope this helps.
