The closest I can think of is Witch Hunter Robin, but at the same time I include a huge, resounding no. The anime speaks of three types of people; humans [no powers] witches [born with powers] and seeds [human and witch parents who might develop powers] Robin is a witch born with pyrokenisis [which isn't really magick] and the series is a monster of the week mystery series. Where the real magick comes into play is they speak of some historical moments with witches, runes, the pentagram, and use of elements. Don't expect any accurate representation though.
It's hard to find real magick being used in any entertainment industry because meditating and drying herbs gets boring to watch fast. The closest I've come to accuracy is the movie [based on a book] Practical Magic, about two sisters from a family of witches. They throw in a couple typical Hollywood tropes like bringing someone back from the dead, special effects while casting spells, and [my favourite] stirring tea with your 'powers' [one day, one day]
if you want accuracy read/watch non-fiction.
